2. Customization Policy

Artwork and Logo Requirements

• High-resolution logos and artwork should be provided in AI, EPS, or PNG formats.

• We offer design assistance for a fee, if needed.

Proof Approval

• Digital proofs will be provided for all custom orders.

• Production begins only after receiving written approval of the proofs.

• Any changes after proof approval may incur additional charges and delay production.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• All prices are listed in INR.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required 100% advance at the time of order placement, unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and other payment methods.

• For large orders, 50% advance and 50% on delivery can be considered.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.

Delivery Times

• Non-custom products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

• Exchanges are allowed for non-custom products within 30 days of receipt.

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
