Job Description

· Develop new business opportunities with potential customers / corporates at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

· Plan for lead generation and lead processing through calls and visits.

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

· Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

· End to end selling: from cold calling/emailing, to aligning qualified meetings, to conducting meetings, to closing deals and key account management after. First 8-12 months will be an IC role, basis performance, a team of SDRs/Inside Sales Reps will be built to manage the setting of qualified meetings piece.

· As a startup we work with BYOD (bring your own device) policy.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· 5 to 8 Years of Proven working experience as a business development manager, or a relevant.

· Experience in Corporate Sales – B2B (ideally to Owners / Directors CMO & CHRO)

· Experience in Service / Project / Consultative selling

· Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information.
· Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
